Mandy is a Director and Board Member at Schell Foundation and is hard at work as an Entrepreneur. She is building and developing the elevateHER brand and PNW Women's Network is entering its second year.

Mandy has lived in Olympia since 1995, and currently resides in Gig Harbor. She has worked in state government for the past 16 years and currently holds the position of litigation manager for an agency that employs nearly 2500. In addition to this full time job, she has a beautiful blended family of 7 with her husband Andy Schell. Mandy enjoys health and fitness where she transformed herself and her lifestyle. She has now opened the door into the world of podcasts where she is the host of elevateHER and is working to empower women.
